HI! WE ARE PHIL & SHALEEN

Two Bavarian souls that by chance found each other in Berlin working for the same company. Last year we met over a 21-day mindfulness challenge that a colleague of us organized. The challenge included daily meditations and journaling exercises which was a mayor inspiration to start the project BackToYou to create something similar with our own personal touch.

We are both passionate about exploring not only foreign countries but also ourselves. We found that the journey back to yourself doesn't have to be super spiritual and time-consuming. A little challenge of 15min a day can help you break through the learned patterns that create your daily habits. With hand-selected exercises, assignments and reflections we want to get you back in touch with that simple, silly and curious explorer you once were.

Our relationship started with the world closing down, and we quickly found ourselves 24/7 together in lockdown. This situation forced us to explore different routines to manage a healthy work-life balance. For sure our strategies might not directly translate to you but this homepage will support you finding something that works for you in areas like nutrition, creativity and much more.

So here we are sharing with you what we have learned and bringing us together as a community of people who are open to get back to themselves.
